About the event
Open to ladies age 14+. Show up in a t-shirt and shorts or leggings and be ready to learn practical skills that can help you get away from a street attack or fight for your life if you have to.
Class meets two Fridays of every month and starts with reviewing skills that have been taught previously, drilling for muscle memory and permanence, then adding in new skills each week. No prior experience needed!
Register in advance or pay in person. $20 or free to ADG members!
